No Limit Braiding Inc. is a non-profit organization that operates under the 501(c)(3) designation. Our main focus is to help youth with their self-care by teaching them how to groom and style their hair. We believe that by equipping them with this valuable skill, we can empower them to become self-sufficient and potentially earn income from it.

The inspiration behind our organization stems from my own personal experiences. As a little girl, I faced ridicule and bullying due to my improperly combed hair. My mother, a single parent working multiple jobs, simply didn't have the time to dedicate to my haircare routine. Consequently, my kinky and unruly hair became a target for name-calling and mockery.

Motivated by these experiences, I made a promise to myself. I vowed to learn how to properly care for and style hair, with the ultimate goal of teaching other young individuals the same. This personal passion drives me to empower children and young adults to take control of their hair and boost their self-confidence.

At No Limit Braiding Inc., we provide a safe and nurturing environment where children and young adults can learn the art of braiding, twisting , business and haircare. We offer workshops, business classes, and mentorship programs that focus on a variety of hair techniques, including braiding, styling, and general hair maintenance. Our ultimate aim is to enable our students to master these skills, giving them the tools they need to succeed in grooming their own hair and potentially pursuing a career in the hair industry.

Through the power of education and skill-building, we believe that we can make a lasting impact on the lives of the youth we serve. By teaching them how to care for their hair, we are not only addressing a basic need but also instilling in them a sense of self-worth and pride. We strive to create a community that embraces and celebrates the uniqueness of every individual, regardless of hair texture or type.

Additionally, No Limit Braiding Inc. is dedicated to supporting women in prison and those recently released by providing them with the opportunity to learn braiding and hair extension services. We understand the challenges these women face in finding employment with a criminal record, which often leads to a high rate of recidivism.

By teaching them valuable skills and instilling confidence, we believe that these women can have a better chance at self-sufficiency and successful reintegration into society. Our goal is to empower them to start their own businesses in the hair industry, providing them with a means to support themselves and their families.

Through our specialized programs and mentorship, we aim to reduce the rate of recidivism by equipping these women with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the hair industry. By giving them a second chance and the opportunity to build a successful career, we hope to break the cycle of incarceration and provide a path to a brighter future.
